These Buyer Terms & Conditions ("Buyer Terms") govern your use of the "Post an Ask" feature on THE BIZREF ROOTWORK™ website and platform (together, the "Platform"), operated by Pink Stone Consulting Solutions LLC ("THEBR", "we", "us"). By submitting an Ask, a requirement, or an enquiry through the Platform, you ("Buyer", "you") agree to be bound by these Buyer Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit an Ask.

1. What THEBR Is

THEBR operates a referral-matching platform that connects people seeking a product or service ("Buyers") with independent, verified business owners registered on the Platform ("Suppliers" or "Members"). When you submit an Ask, our system, including AI-assisted matching, shares the details of your requirement with one or more Suppliers who may be able to help.

THEBR is a bridge, not a party to your transaction. We introduce you to a Supplier. We are not the seller, provider, or supplier of the product or service you are asking about, we do not take a commission on any transaction that follows, and we are not involved in negotiating, delivering, invoicing, or collecting payment for that transaction. Any agreement you reach with a Supplier is a separate contract solely between you and that Supplier.

2. No Responsibility for the Transaction

THEBR does not vet, inspect, test, or approve the products or services offered by any Supplier beyond the Supplier's own membership verification (identity and business checks described in our Terms of Use). We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, legality, fitness for purpose, pricing, timeliness, or performance of any product or service offered by a Supplier.

Financial matters are between you and the Supplier. Any payment, deposit, pricing discussion, delivery commitment, warranty, refund, or other financial or contractual matter arising between you and a Supplier is agreed directly between you and that Supplier. THEBR has no say in, and takes no responsibility for, any loss, damage, non-performance, delay, dispute, or commitment arising from that dealing, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You are solely responsible for exercising your own judgement and due diligence, verifying a Supplier's credentials, licences, pricing, and terms, before entering into any agreement or making any payment.

3. No Guarantee of a Match or Response

Submitting an Ask does not guarantee that any Supplier will respond, that a suitable match will be found, or that any transaction will result. Response times, availability, and outcomes depend entirely on the independent Suppliers on the Platform.

4. How Your Ask Is Used

By submitting an Ask you authorise THEBR to share the details you provide, your name, contact information, location, and the specific requirement, with Suppliers whom our matching system identifies as a potential fit, and with our internal team for quality and moderation purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data in full; these Buyer Terms govern the transaction-related aspects of your submission specifically.

You agree not to submit an Ask that is false, misleading, unlawful, or for a product or service prohibited by applicable law. THEBR may decline to post, or may remove, any Ask at its sole discretion.

5. Communications

By submitting an Ask, you consent to being contacted by THEBR regarding your submission, and directly by matched Suppliers, by email, phone, or WhatsApp, using the contact details you provide.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and the Ask-matching service are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, THEBR disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, in relation to the matching service and to any Supplier, product, or service referred to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, THEBR, its officers, directors, employees, and Pink Stone Consulting Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of money, goods, services, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with: (a) any transaction, agreement, or dealing between you and a Supplier; (b) the quality, legality, or performance of a Supplier's product or service; (c) any dispute between you and a Supplier; or (d) your reliance on any Ask response. Nothing in these Buyer Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THEBR and Pink Stone Consulting Solutions LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Ask submission, your dealings with any Supplier, or your breach of these Buyer Terms.

9. No Membership Required, No Fee to Buyers

Submitting an Ask through this feature is free of charge and does not require Platform membership. THEBR does not charge Buyers to post an Ask and does not receive any commission, referral fee, or other payment tied to the outcome of a transaction between a Buyer and a Supplier.

10. Changes to These Buyer Terms

We may update these Buyer Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you submit an Ask governs that submission. Continued use of the Ask feature after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Buyer Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Buyer Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under the law of your own country of residence, which continue to apply where applicable law requires it.
